Pondok Keladi Langkawi Guesthouse

The house is located next to a forest, lovely green foliage with monkeys and squirrels to keep you entertained! Close to Cenang beach, in my view the best location. There were 3 spacious rooms with en-suite bathrooms, a living room, dinning room and large kitchen! So lovely! The feel of the home was one of incredible peace and calm. We thoroughly enjoyed this home! Please rememberer that being next to the forest there may be an ant or two and some bugs but the geckos keep you entertained and the property is incredible! Can’t wait to return!

Not one thing. It was perfect!

Tout était parfait. On a vraiment apprécié notre séjour d'une semaine dans 3 bungalows différents car on a prolongé 2 fois 😄. Une mention spéciale pour le gérant très sympathique et serviable au petits soins de ses clients. Le calme, la décor nature, les singes à lunettes.

Toller Bungalow mit allem was wir brauchten. Super schöne ruhige Anlage mit schönem Gemeinschaftsbereich! Freundlicher und lieber Gastgeber!

Gemütliche Zimmer schön mitten in der Natur. Es ist zwar ein Stückchen vom Strand entfernt, mit dem Roller oder Grab aber absolut machbar. Dafür hat man auch seine Ruhe im Hotel. Der Inhaber ist sehr nett und hat uns mit dem Auto noch ein bisschen die Gegend gezeigt (Weg zum Strand, Hotels, etc.)

Leider war es nicht ganz so sauber. Wir hatten sehr viel Mäusekot im Haus (nicht im Schlafzimmer)

The best thing about this place is Dee, the owner. Easily the most helpful host I have ever met. Before we even arrived he had arranged our onward ferry to koh lipe. On arrival he took us on a mini tour of the area, pointing out the best restaurants, cheapest shops and bars, and generally making sure we knew where to go. On top of that he's just a great friendly guy who made us feel welcome and part of the family. He felt like an old friend instantly. The accommodation was stylish and comfortable. Huge bed, good bathroom, well appointed kitchen and outside seating area. The location is a few minutes away from the beach, on the edge of the jungle, so is very peaceful and has a pleasant rural feel. As our stay was short we used Grab to get us intense centre, average wait was 5 minutes. If we had stayed longer we would have got a scooter, which, no doubt, Dee would have arranged for us, no fuss, no bother. All in all a magnificent experience, and one we hope to repeat next year, only for longer.

Amazing guesthouse in a secluded, lush, green area. You enter the premises and feel instantly relaxed. The rooms are great, spacious, and amazing price-value. D is an excellent host and helpful whenever needed!

Fantastic friendly host and a great location. A really lovely vibe and relaxed feel. Nothing was too much trouble. We would highly recommend staying here

Secluded location. At the foothills of a nearby forested area. The common area offers a hippie/mystic feel. It is a great place to relax and work (if you are a remote worker). It is advisable to own a scooter if you travel out frequently as there are no nearby convenience stores. There are few eateries at about 500 meters from the property.
