Really good food. Large room with private bathroom Good TV channels. Extensive Really. Loads of clean towels. Good mattress, comfortable. Location was spot on. Close to the beach and the river. Great balcony and window.

Noisy neighbours/ other guests after midnight. Slightly noisy road, couldn't close windows as it is summer and hot. Noisy rubbish truck in morning etc. Although that's not the b&b fault, totally understandable.
