"Beautifully atmospheric"

Tabua village is a magical place on a banana plantation. Each room has its dedicated outdoor sitting area and it is absolutely gorgeous. The room itself was basic but clean and had everything you need. Best of all were the owners who brought us a little gift everyday as well as at the end of the stay.

Parking is a little difficult. You can drive in ok but there is no space to turn so you have to reverse up a steep slope back to the (thankfully) quiet road when leaving.

"It was amazing nonetheless. We really enjoyed our stay here and plan to come back if we return to Maderia."

The host were amazing and responsive. They also provided us fruits, which was very sweet of them! The location was central to all the things we like to do.

There was no AC. Some nights were a little hot but manageable with the fans.

Bydlení mezi bananovniky.

Vlhko. Ale strašné😣. Dokonce nám tam i teklo přes anténu! Pak to bylo hodně malé. A sprcha skoro netekla. Měli jsme smůlu na počasí (bouře), takže jsme tam museli být víc než jsme chtěli...

Zimmer sehr gemütlich, toller Garten zum verweilen. Überaus gastfreundliche Familie mit viel Herz. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen.
