"Panoramica per davvero"

Il posto è incantevole, con una bellissima vista sul lago, con un bel salone ben arredato. Gli spazi comuni sono dotati di tutto il necessario. La villa è circondata da un giardino ben curato e la zona è silenziosa e dà una sensazione di pace. Posizione strategica per visitare altri paesi sulla riva del lago.

Consiglio nella stagione invernale di preferire il riscaldamento centralizzato ai condizionatori: essendo la casa grande, la sensazione di calore che si avvertirebbe sarebbe certamente più confortevole.

Il bagno era freddo la mattina e la notte. Aggiungere un termoventilatore risolverebbe il problema nelle ore in cui il termosifone è spento.
