The lady who attended to my telephone call was polite, kind, and helpful. Thankfully, we were able to check in late, which was a Godsend, because there were few other options available to us that weren't prohibitively expensive,. We managed to get a decent night's rest, which was the main priority since we were walking the Portuguese route of the Camino de Santiago.

It's expensive for what you get compared to other options. It's basic accommodation at a medium to premium price point. There are no stairs which means one must use a lift in order to access the rooms. The room had no window and therefore there was no ventilation, which meant it had a rather stale smell.

El personal y la habitación

Teniendo una estancia con desayuno incluido, me pareció fatal que cuando pedí un 2°café, durante el desayuno, me dijesen que tenía que pagarlo. Es la 1° vez que me pasa, estando alojada en muchos hoteles con las mismas condiciones.
