La vue est incroyable, surtout au moment du coucher du soleil, mais aussi au réveil le matin. Les chambres ont énormément de charme et s’intègrent parfaitement dans la nature et le décor qui entourent l’hôtel.

Malheureusement, le jacuzzi panoramique était fermé lors de notre séjour, et le hammam ainsi que le dîner du soir ne sont pas inclus dans le tarif de la demi-pension.

View was beautiful, the room was big and the interiors were nice as well

Exterior jacuzzi didnt work. Interior pool was too cold for me. No place to hang the shower on the wall. The place was a bit out dated. The breakfast was ok.

Too expensive in relation to comfort; it is really back to basic, and everything needs an upgrade , cold pool inside, jacuzzi you need to pay extra

Établissement, délabré, salle, mal, entretenu, dernier étage complètement à l’abandon Canac, P pourri sur la sur la terrasse, mal, équipé, piscine non chauffée froide Jacuzzi cassé, pas entretenu du tout laisser à l’abandon tout seul dans l’hôtel et je comprends pourquoi maintenant!!!!

L'allure du bâtiment est remarquable et le personnel est attentif.

L'hôtel a besoin d'être rafraîchi et les finitions ne sont pas à la hauteur du standing.

The remote location - absolutely nothing else

Access - steep rutted road, restricted parking area (in practically a building site) Poor quality internally Dirty - lounge / bedroom / bathroom Broken fitness equipment Gloomy feel No one else staying - don’t blame them “Spa” facilities laughable Ripped sun loungers and bird excrement on roof area Arrogant owner - said he didn’t care about our review comments - we did not stay and he would not credit Absolutely terrible and intentionally misleading marketing See other reviews who state the same I have urged Booking.com to visit the property to assess themselves - then strike off or reduce pricing to “budget” The response from the management appears to excuse my comments as they state that I cancelled my booking and did not stay. For the avoidance of doubt - I arrived at the property, viewed the lounge area, bedroom, spa?!, roof terrace (see the photos which management can not dispute) - based on the terrible condition & quality we then decided to leave and requested a refund. The owner (on phone from France) stated he did not care about bad comments and refused to credit. No way is it an 8 out of 10 - I think they missed a decimal point. The owners response to our request for a refund was that it did not fall within the 30 day prior cancellation policy - however if you turn up and the place is a shithole then a credit is due - booking.com did nothing to resolve this situation. look at the pictures
