"Lovely and helpful staff"

Lovely staff, really helpful. Really obliging at providing gluten free food. We dined at the hotel. It was tasty and they had wine and beer. It was really the lovely staff that made the stay enjoyable

It has a vacuous feel and funky plumbing

"Very Good"

The hospitality was top notch, very good host. The host at the front desk he did a great job!

Refrigerator didn't work, since I was staying for a day I didn't bring it up, washroom taps leaking noise. Like I said we were okay.

Le bâtiment est magnifique et le sens de l’accueil est là: accueil personnalisé avec port des bagages

Les équipements sont franchement à revoir, tout a besoin de réparation: piscine froide, jacuzzi extérieur fermé, jacuzzi intérieur terrible, salle de sport avec les équipements cassés. Du coup plus aucun intérêt d’aller dans un tel hôtel

Eine wunderschön renovierte Kasbah! Das Personal sehr freundlich, das Zimmer sehr schön. Das Abendessen und Frühstück waren super!

Nichts Swimmingpool war uns zu kühl, im Sommer sicher eine perfekte Abkühlung.

Un personnel d'une gentillesse exceptionnelle, la chambre très spacieuse

Un tarif bien trop élevé pour les prestations proposées. L'établissement est vieillissant et parfois sale. Le "Spa" est juste horriblement moisi.
