"Cozy homestay in the heart of Gili T."

The hosts were incredibly friendly (i never saw the owner not smile) and were able to help us with everything & super accommodating. The breakfast that is included in the price was super delicious. Bike rental and snorkel mask rental was also available at the property and they even offer a snorkeling tour. The pool was also nice for a quick refresh after the salty sea. The hosts go to great lengths to avoid you being bit from mosquitos (they clean the room twice a day and light mosquito coils as well as preparing the mosquito net which covers the entire bed)

Soap and or shampoo would have been a nice touch!

The boys looking after the property were really nice and helpful. Every time we came back they greeed us "welcome home" 🙏 Nice size bungalow ( family) and area around. Including the cute swimming pool. The breakfast included was also good considering the accommodation cost. Good location for both sides of the island. (7min. walk to the boat harbour and all the buzz. Can rent bycicles for 50K a day.

The only bad thing was the owner( manager ) double booking our first night stay ( blaming booking.com ). First, he changed our dates without our consent one day before we arrived for a later day , which we refused. Then he offered us to stay for one night at a really bad place, which we also refused . We end up walking around the island for an hour with the two of his boys in the worst heat, trying to find a suitable and vacant place while he was in Lambok. Suddenly, and somehow " magically," 😀 two of his single bungalows got available, and we were able stay at the property before transferring to the familybungalow. .

The staff were friendly and the breakfast was nice .

The rooms were very basic and I woke up with a cockroach in my bed and a rat was eating my soap during the night but it's open air and budget accommodation! There was also a party next door that didn't finish until 3am but that's not the fault of the homestay.
