Taro and Gary were just delightful and nothing was too much trouble. The room was perfect, and such a bonus having a fridge. Amazing location and parking permit was godsend!

"Fantastic"

Absolutely fantastic stay for me and my daughter. Everything was clean and it literally had everything you could need for your stay. Spacious room and clean bathroom. Garry was so polite, such a lovely man, made sure we were all settled and had everything we needed.

Not really a dislike but we were on the top floor so stairs and bags but Garry carried our suitcase. :-)

"Wonderful, comfortable stay. Clean rooms, friendly hosts"

I stayed with my mum in September. Upon entry, we were met with a beautiful fragrance. Such a wonderful stay, a homely feel, beautifully clean rooms, comfortable beds, crisp white sheets. Such friendly hosts, who clearly work hard to maintain excellent standards. We look forward to return next year.

"Great place to stay."

I arrived in a bit of a rush and I was let in quickly out of the rain and immediately made welcome. Lovely warm home, great decor, felt really cosy. My room was spacious, quiet, comfortable and had everything I needed. A nice touch was having fresh milk in my fridge - I'm not a fan of the mini- cartons. I was not able to stay for breakfast on this occasion but it certainly smelt lovely. Thank you Willows team!

Nothing to dislike.
