Gostámos da localização e do espaço do estúdio.

A precisar de manutenção. Falta de tomadas elétricas, especialmente na cozinha. A limpeza podia ser um pouco mais cuidada.

"Ein sehr hübsches Zimmer."

Das Zimmer war wunderschön. Sehr hell, gepflegt, sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit einem schönem Badezimmer, einem kleinen Balkon und einer sehr guten und ruhigen Lage.

Leider konnte man die Küche kaum nutzen. Seit einem Betreiberwechsel gibt es wohl kein Frühstück mehr, der Herd wurde leider komplett außerbetrieb genommen. Und Kaffee steht auch nicht mehr zur Verfügung. Es musste eine Kaution von 100€ hinterlegt werden, welche nach einer Zimmerkontrolle beim Check-out zurück gezahlt wurde. Man muss 15 Minuten vorher anrufen.

O excesso de burocracia: - depósito, prática que não é nem um pouco comum em estadias temporárias - ao pedir lugar pra deixar as bagagens, substitua o “nós não nos responsabilizamos pelas bagagens” (repetido diversas vezes inclusive) pelo “claro, temos este espaço aqui para deixá-las”. Da forma com que vocês trataram, parece que alguém ia nos roubar a qualquer instante. - a inflexibilidade com o checkout às 10:30, dado que o checkin é só às 16h, é incompreensível. Principalmente para uma estadia de férias.

Gemütliches Zimmer plus großer Aufenthaltsraum. Sehr zentrale aber ruhige Lage, Supermarkt, Bäcker etc. alles um die Ecke.

Die verlangte Kaution mach es etwas umständlich, hat aber alles gut geklappt!
