וויפיי עלוב בחדר. אתה לא יכול גם לקחת 50 יורו פיקדון, גם לא לאייש את הקבלה וגם להגיע בבוקר 25 דקות אחרי שבקשתי לעשות צ׳ק אאוט. אם אתה לא זמין לצ׳ק-אאוט פיזי - שחרר את עניין הפיקדון ותן לאורחים שלך לעזוב עצמאית…

Duche do banho muito pequeno. Ter que aguardar um funcionário para o check in ser feito. Atualmente existem maneiras mais eficazes e rápidas. Na tentativa de ligar para avisar que o check in precisava ser feito, não atendiam a ligação. Precisei fazer mais ou menos 3 ligações.
