Alguns ajustes, mas nada que não posso ser ajustado

Sehr freundliche und unglaublich hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Es war sehr viel Platz in der Wohnung. Der Kontakt zur Übernahme der Wohnung war gut und der Preis war unschlagbar. Das nächste Restaurant war zu Fuß in kurzer Zeit erreichbar.

Excellent shower. Good functional aircon in the bedroom. Contrary to other reviews we found the kitchen was fairly well equipped but the cleaner needs to put kitchen things back where they belong after every booking so the next guests can see them. The host provided helpful tips re where to eat in town. The property is only 10 minutes walk from the train station.

It needs a seriously good clean from top to bottom. We had experienced 23 different accommodations in 25 days en route to Rome and this was by far the grubbiest. I had to seriously scrub the kitchen sink as it was so greasy.

I could not find it, the entrance is located on the another street, the owner sent me the text description, but it was very confusing for me, the visual description (the map) of the entrance would be better, there is very old furniture, it looks like storeroom,

You have to look at this place as a place to sleep if you're on the Francigena. The owner is very nice and accommodating. There is a very nice place to eat fairly close.

The room I had was fairly worn and tired. It did have tv and some basic facilities in a hall for cooking and a fridge. The bathroom shower was discolored with dark patches and the walls had some peeling paint. The chair in the room had stuffing coming out with just a cloth thrown over it. Having said that, as a single night stay on the Francigena, I was comfortable. The cost reflects where you are.
