Cleanliness of the room and during loadshedding they assisted with back up power.

Burglar door couldn't be locked 🔒 and safety was a concern - although we didn't experience any robbery at all. Secondly, communication must be improved because if you phone the number provided, it doesn't go through. Television set in the room wasn't working.

Welcoming was not good because we had to be moved to another place where we were have no slept well that place was not clean at all.

The place was not clean and the parking area I had to wake-up earlier to move my car around to open the way for others

Parking safe and room was comfortable. Welcoming with the coffee and hot water and assisting with other minor demanding jobs.

Poor welcoming of guests on arrival, no one seemed responsible.
