Less than 20 mins walk to all the good stuff in San Sebastián. Good price for the accommodation. Lovely staff. Parking on site.

No natural daylight in the room or building.

Localización es perfecta, al lado del casco antiguo y de la playa de la Concha. Aparcamiento en la misma propiedad.

Nuestra habitación tenía ventanas, incluso una terraza a un patio interior, pero al parecer no todas tienen.

Clean, modern, quiet. Good location. Friendly welcome on arrival.

Bathroom layout is unusual especially as we were 2 friends sharing. Smallish room although balcony was nice.

Our room had no proper windows. Very limited natural light.

The rooms were really spacious, in good condition and clean. Reception staff very helpful and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. Offered daily cleaning of rooms which was really good but we didn't use because we didn't feel we needed it for just three nights. Beach was less than 10 minute walk and some great bars/coffee bars a few minutes from the property which we used most mornings and evenings. They provided a self serve coffee machine in reception which was handy.

Note - none of these would not stop me from returning, the property benefits far outweigh these: The room didn't have much natural sunlight, which made the room quite dark. 2 windows opened internally to the building and the only one that didn't just faced another wall and set back in a dark alcove of the building so we didnt have any view at all and was dark. Out of the 4 days, we only saw a member of reception staff the first 2 days, maybe they don't work weekends. Wasn't too much of an issue but if we needed to borrow an iron or something it would have been a bit inconvenient. They do however provide an out of hours contact number. The aircon wasn't great, couldn't seem to get the room cool enough, was fine for early May but think in summer months would have been an issue.

Lovely place, extremely clean and easy to get in and out. I also really appreciated the coffee and tea in the reception and the bed was really comfortable

I wished we had windows that looked outside and not in the inner courtyard as the room was pretty dark

Pour nous tout était parfait !! la communication avec le personnel par WhatsApp a été d un grande aide Je recommande cette établissement !!

Chambre lumineuse et bien placée proche du centre ville et des arrêts de bus, avec une petite terrasse, un mini frigo et une cafetière/bouilloire à disposition à la réception, très pratique ! Le personnel très arrangeant à qui on peut même laisser les sacs le dernier jour pour en profiter encore un peu !
