Please note that late check-in carries the following extra charges: - From 21:00 to 23:00, EUR 10; - From 23:00 to 01:00, EUR 20; - After 01:00, EUR 40. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card. Please note that this property does not accept group bookings of 5 guests or more. Please note that an additional charge of EUR 50 per hour will apply for late check-out. When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of EUR 200 applies. A cleaning service is available at an additional charge of EUR 30. Please note that additional unregistered guests will incur an additional charge of EUR 100 per guest. Smoking will incur an additional charge between EUR 50 and EUR 200. On-site bike parking is available for EUR 100 per bike.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
