Great hostess and the location is incredible

Thr hostess, Anne, is more than fantastic, she is a kind hearted person, super welcoming and close. The house was modern and hiper clean and, as if that is not enough, the guests can enjoy the best views ever from the rooftop. Quiet, safe and cozy. It felt like at home, hope to visit her soon!!!

Room is fine. Room and guest house are very clean. The roof terrace with shared kitchen makes the place very pleasant.

It would be necessary to put a large sign on the building and at the street corner to indicate the Guest House. There is absolutely nothing at the moment and it made it very difficult for me to find as I had no smartphone. Single room with AC is a bit expensive for a shared bathroom room. Bathroom is on the ground floor only.

From the moment we got to our accommodation, Ann was so welcoming and friendly. Our room was spacious, clean and quite comfortable. Fabulous air conditioningin the room. We were allowed to use the kitchen upstairs which was handy, as long as we washed up after ourselves. Coffee, water and fruit free of charge. The Balcony was nice to wind down and watch the hustle and bustle. We rented bikes for the day which was good value for money, it was great as we could cycle to the temples easily.

Very nice hotel and very nice view. Everything very clean and tidy.

Great experience throughout. Clean and safe accommodation near one of Ayutthaya's busy spots, with prime access to street food and shops. Comfortable place with top floor terrace overlooking confluence. Nice room, comortable bed with hard matterace. Big kitchen well equiped . Great, communicative host who speaks good English. I hope to revisit one day.
