La ubicación es muy buena, con vista al río, la persona encargada del lugar es un amor (olvidé el nombre), puedes arrendar la bicicleta ahí mismo, recordaré por siempre mi estadia alli, gracias :)

Es mejor reservar la habitacion con aire acondicionado, un ventilador no es suficiente:)

Overall a well kept homestay. Very clean, comfortable and beautiful relaxing atmosphere. Great host and location by the river.

Nice view to the river on the rooftop. Quite well equipped kitchen on the third floor where the rooftop. It was clean. The woman (host) is smily and polite. 7-11 is in two min. Night market is in 1 min.

Actually it wasn't a problem for me... But you should be aware that everyone there should be very quiet because the floors are just one layer of wood. Anyone who steps (or talk) can be heard around...

The host is very friendly and helpful. She booked the boat tour for 200 bath for me. The rental bicycles are in good shape equipped with a light and cost 60 bath. The shared bathroom is very clean and convenient with shampoo, spacious showers with lot's of hooks, so your clothes don't get wet.

I booked the room without aircondition and just a fan. I usually don't use the ac in the night anyway, but these rooms heat up unbelievably! I wouldn't recommend this. Better take the room with ac!

Very affordable, clean and well located with a nice rooftop. The manager is sweet and provides good advice.

However the bedroom was really really not soundproof so it was impossible to have a good and late sleep!

Great owner, wonderful river views from balcony, fully equipped kitchen for use, night market outside, bike rental. I will stay again.

Our host did the best to keep everywhere clean and comfortable, it’s quite a nice stay there. Room with amazing view and peaceful ambiance. Market near by was also good, local food with cheap prices and friendly owners, everything was great.

Ann is amazing, she welcomed everyone into her beautiful home with such warmth. I would return here, I felt very comfortable. The place is clean and comfortable, there is plenty washroom facilities and I'd recommend a river view room. But if you can't get one it's ok because the top floor terrace where there is a kitchen has views all around. It was right next to a really great night market, also. Great stay and would return ! There are bikes to rent too :)
