"Very comfy beds, not far from main hustle of Brighton"

Easy access with self check in, bed was very comfy

The property was fine for a one night stay - its decor is very distinctive & the bathroom/bedroom are very compact. Very much a bathroom squeezed into what would normally be a bedroom

Very comfortable bed

Couldn’t get in when I arrived as the code had not been sent to me. Had to wait approx 90 mins. Strange bathroom. Sink was not near the toilet. Clear door between toilet and shower. Ok for solo traveller I suppose. Also partition between bathroom and bedroom did not reach the ceiling so again privacy could be compromised.

"Good place to stay for one night"

Very well located. Good directions provided to get to the property. Nice well kept room. Was on the first floor. The owner helped me with details on where I can park my car which was pretty close to the properly. Just one thing to note- the description on booking.com says that tea/coffee facilities available, this is not in the room, it’s in a common huge kitchen. Not an issue if you already know this.

We received a message from the owner soon after I booked the property, with a digital code to enter the property. The day we reached the property it was almost 11:15pm and when we tried to use the code it did not work. Tried calling the owner, but given it was 11pm we could not get through to them. I knocked and knocked and ended up disturbing some other people. I was in a fix not knowing what to do at that hour which was scary as I thought I may have to find another room. Fortunately for us, another tenant in the same property walked in and entered the code and let us in. On contacting the owner the next morning they said that the code is changed frequently for safely. Which I wasn’t aware of based on the welcome message from them. They should clearly state that the code will change and that I am supposed to request one before arrival or THEY can take initiative and let people know on the day of arrival what the code is. This was the unpleasant part of the stay but rest of it was all good.
