Perfect location, owners and staff where fantastic, clean and modern, security gate leading up to the room and a safe... great place for the price and would look to rebook if I head back to Pattaya

I honestly can say I didn't have any negative thoughts

Tidy and cozy room that was cleaned every day.

Do not recommend for people who want to have good rest & sleep. If you are choosing the room with the "sea view", you will get a view to the street & bar's advertisements and you will hear all the loudly noise from the street parties even balcony window is closed.

I stayed here for 7 days.... for a solo traveller The rooms r large and spacious... Great for couples as well, great location just about 150 mtrs from the beach.... Most happening night life.... The rooms are almost sound proof... Will all the loud music on the street ... The room is very quite and u can have a sound sleep.... All in all a great stay... Great staff... The owner is very friendly and takes up resolving issues immediately.....

Nothing at all... Just if they had a lift... But not a big deal u can carry ur luggage easily..

The location of the hotel was central to everything. If you like bars, music and a lively neighbourhood then this is the location for you. The hotel room was clean, comfortable and had a great bed. There was a balcony to view the action in the street below and the air-conditioning was fantastic.

There wasn't anything that I didn't like. However, this hotel is suited to singles and young couples who enjoy a lively and fun experience.

CENTRAL LOCATION, CLOSE TO EVERYTHING A TOURIST NEEDS

NO LIFT, STIRCASE IS VERY STEEP, AIR CONDITIONING POOR, NO TEA SACHETS, ONLY COFFEE, NO DAILY SUPPLY OF TOILETERIES, SAFE DEPOSIT LOCKER IS POOR
