Gigi At The Palm Tree

The location was perfect for our requirements. The area is quiet in the evenings. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean and the availability of some parking on premises was also good. The King Size bed was comfortable. The staff were very pleasant.

More attention to small things would make a big difference. The unit is marketed as self-catering. A kettle in each room should always be available. It was delivered later. There were no desert bowls or spoons available in the unit, but these were delivered after our request the following day. There was no spare toilet roll and only a small amount left on the toilet roll holder at the toilet. We bought our own. A toaster would make a difference. There is lots of space in the cupboards to have one available. A ceiling mounted fan would make a big difference in hot summer months, or a stand mounted unit. The air movement in our unit was poor. There was only one outside chair for the table, two should be standard.

a great place to visit Plettenberg Bay. The house is very centrally located, a 10-minute walk away. My apartment was very well equipped, I had a small terrace with its own entrance. The apartments are run by two sisters. The two of them are simply incredible. Very nice, helpful, courteous and attentive. It was so great to spend time with you ❤️ I would book it again and again!

The location was great, the room was comfortable and the staff pleasant and informative. Easy to walk downtown to great restaurants.

Love my stay at Gigi's! The guesthouse was really centrally located within easy walking of all the attractions which made it a winner! It was also very comfortable and clean. I'll definitely go again! Eddie
