"Excellent"

very clean, well kept . The massages were excellent, we left the spa feeling completely relaxed & zen. we ate breakfast fast at the restaurant, very tasty meals. Staff were very friendly & helped us with booking all our tours.

a bit humid in the bathroom, which did not allow for the towels to dry up completely

The room was well decorated and cozy. There was a big blanket to help prevent the cold. There was water. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful.

The wifi was non-existent. The TV didn't work. They were not able to provide tea bags for the room which is ironic because they have a yoga studio.

The hotel is located in a quite street with a lovely inner garden space where you can relax. The room was spacious and comfortable. Delicious breakfast is available at the hotel. You can also sign up for a yoga classes during the weekdays or any spa treatment. The staff went beyond to help us to organize tours or pick ups to the airport. We truly appreciated their hospitality.
