NYC stay staff was very nice and also owner is good

The owner was very thoughtful in sending us the location of the hotel as it made it easier to locate. Calangute beach was within a walkable distance of 5-7 minutes. The room was clean and bathroom had toiletries present with 24/7 hot water in the bathroom, with refrigerator. Would definitely recommend the place. The owner gave us a kettle on request, also sent the staff to warm the food on request. The place may not have the best view, at night it is too dark to walk down the narrow path towards the hotel. However, good place to stay and gives a homely vibes. We were asked to pay the amount in full on the first day but be assured that it is safe and the stay is pleasant

I had a pleasant trip to Goa this week only since 25 sept to 29 September and I booked this hotel in the month of June and contacted to the owner Mr. Dee Joy and asked for the payment then he refused to take payment by saying that I will contact you befor 15 days to your stay and you have to pay some advance money and rest will be accepted at accomodation only. On 11 sept he sent the video of room where we had to stay and asked for advance money and I paid it by understanding the reason (as a token amount) after reaching there, he guided us on phone how to reach, from where to rent bike etc. And exactly same room we got as shown in video. There is no any hidden charges. You've to pay only the same amount shown on your booking portal. He is very genuine person, daily we used to get 2 bottle of drinking water and house keeping services. Staff were very kind and genuine. I would recommend every one to stay once here and Mr. Joy, whenever I'll be there without asking I'll be at your stay. ❤️❤️

Everything is good. Bike and cars can go upto hotel.
