Oceanic Beach Guest House

The behaviour of the staff wasn't good at all... Also the staff demanded extra money actually double then what was shown and we booked online on Booking.com.... The co- owner's came and started talking rubbish and used abusive words for not paying extra of what they demanded... We were a family of eight including our parents senior citizens and an infant.... We were insulted and thrown out of the property... It was a nightmare.... They weren't scared when we told them about their complaint to a cop.... everything is camera recorded if it's funtional... We were helpless... Some how managed to get a place nearby and we were told by the new property owners that these things happen and people do fraud.... I feel sad for those whoever have gone through this here... But it's never too late... Will appreciate you to check for a different properties they're many...

Washroom was dirty, Pillows from inside were dirty, No TV or Wifi, Chairs in balcony were dirty, A/C making noise at night.

Nothing

Specially washroom was not cleaned and no one was came to do so and during our stay of 3 nights no one has came to clean even room.
