INvisited lodge at about 8.30pm on 02.04.2026.The rooms are giving foul small. The rooms very small in size, and bath room is common for four beds. Room surrounding is dirty. Hence I have not occupied the room. I have a high opinion and regard on booking .com. Hence I booked for three days by paying three days tariff without verification as I thought your esteemed organisation will maintain certain standards before approving and empanelment of the hotel. As I have not occupied and it was worst state of surroundings , dirty rooms with foul smell ,Kindly refund the tariff which was paid by me for three days immedaitely and oblige. Our stay was confirmed two months in advance, but on arrival we were refused accommodation because they said they do not accept foreign guests, despite having reviews from foreigners. This was very stressful, especially as my daughter was unwell, and it took us four hours to find another place. We do appreciate that the staff allowed us to sit in reception and offered tea and food while we arranged alternatives.
