The staff were so kind and helpful! I am very appreciative of their help and guidance during my stay. I loved that they would ask about my night and how I was doing. So caring!

The facility is not updated or refurbished- the room I was in had opening around the AC - allowing outside air to come in. It was not sealed properly and the AC itself did not have working buttons. There is mold build up in the rooms - which one can tell when one enters (sinus issues) - there are no air purifiers in any of the rooms- a must for Delhi residence. The pillows are worn and the beds very hard.

The facilities were great, while the sservices were extraordinary.

Nothing that I can think of.

It was spacious, comfortable and decent. Value for money. And a very good location in terms of accessibility to public services and transportation.

The neighbouhood is lovely. Staff was great, helpful and kind. Room was good sized and bed was confortable.

Needs a bit of maintnence mainly because the windows don't close very well and so loads of mosquitos come in. Also needed a little bit more cleaning. Nothing major, however.

Expected few more varieties in break fast. Also I will suggest to keep a facility of providing Dinner with an add on paid service.

Door lock system, was not good.

The owner was extremely helpful and understanding. One of us was sick and we had to leave without staying over.

No lift, steep stairs, which was difficult for me.
