What a haven in Delhi! We loved it here so much that we extended our stay. It’s friendly, quiet, safe and clean. Sanjeev went above and beyond to make sure I had strong wifi for a day with some work calls. Breakfast is tasty too!

The staff and the owner were both very warm and the stay was a memorable one because of this one factor among many advantages like the proximity to the metro station and the overall comfort.

My host was incredibly kind and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. The communal kitchens and spaces on each floor were wonderful spaces to use.

Absolute lovely stay in Saket, a nice and quiet neighborhood of New Delhi. The Sanjeev family is so kind and welcoming, the rooms are spacious and super clean, and the bathroom has hot water. The breakfast was included and delicious. The house is super close to the metro, walking distance to a nice square with many restaurants and a cinema etc. 1000% recommended!

I travel to India from the USA several times a year, especially to the Delhi area. I like to stay in different hotels and guest houses in order to determine (for myself and other travelers) the best places to stay. The rooms were furnished with A/C, exceptionally nice blankets, private bathrooms, and desks to set up laptops. The main kitchen downstairs has a microwave, something you rarely see in budget hotels and houses in India. That said, I rated the Grace Home facility itself an '8' but service was a very outstanding 10+. The most notable part of my stay was the hospitality shown by Sanjeev, the owner, and especially his female staff (Shanti, Sheila, and Julie). I traveled with several very large and heavy luggages; and I did not ask the girls to take them up several flights of stairs. However, they did so without complaining at all. Also, they made sure I was taken good care of and prepared great meals for me every day. On my last day, Shanti noticed that I was having great difficulty in booking an Uber to Faridabad. For some reason, that day, drivers were canceling on me; so, she stayed with me a while outside, talked to a couple drivers, and finally got one to accept my booking. I really appreciated what she did for me. I am looking forward to staying at Grace Home again in a few months.

My suggestions for improvement have already been offered by other recent guests; and Sanjeev acknowledged that there were areas that needed to be addressed, including Wifi strength in the rooms on the second floor and the kitchen cabinets. Also, TVs in the room would be a great plus but guesthouses in India typically do not have these in the rooms.

Grace home was an amazing place to stay in Delhi and is super close to the metro. We were very well taken care of and even invited to join family celebrations for Diwali. We’ve had the absolute best time and would definitely come back. Thank you!

Grace Home is located in a quiet locality. The location has connectivity with the Yellow Metro line, Malls and Max Hospital. The housekeeping staff is friendly and helpful. The cook provided a good basic breakfast of Paratha and tea. Rooms were clean and had essentials. We found photos and collages of previous guests from the 2018-2021 period. That must have been the golden period of Grace Home.

The property is well past it's prime and needs maintenance. Beds were supported by stones stacked under the frame for support (see pics), the AC leaked water on the floor, the kitchenette had cabinets stuck with duct tape (see .pics), crockery and cutlery were worn and mismatched, the starcase tonthe rooms was narrow and steep. Overall the property is not classy and gives a very rundown feel.
