Guesthouse Stekkatún

I would strongly advise against staying at Guesthouse Stekkatun. My experience there was incredibly disappointing and uncomfortable. The host was unfortunately rude and unwelcoming, making me feel unwelcome throughout my stay. To make matters worse, I discovered bed bugs in my room, which is absolutely unacceptable for any accommodation. This led to itchy bites and a very unpleasant sleep experience. Additionally, the view from the guesthouse was not as advertised. The pictures online were misleading, and the actual view was quite underwhelming. Overall, my stay at Guesthouse Stekkatun was a nightmare. The combination of a rude host, bed bugs, and a misleading view made it one of the worst travel experiences I've ever had. Save yourself the trouble and book elsewhere.

Sehr nette Gastgeber

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit zwei wirklich lieben Gastgebern. Das Frühstück war ein Traum und die Tipps von den Gastgebern waren sehr hilfreich.

Ci è piaciuto tutto di questa bellissima guesthouse immersa nella natura. La vista spettacolare, la colazione deliziosa con tanti prodotti fatti in casa e soprattutto i proprietari, Torfi e Ingibjörg, due persone stupende che danno il valore aggiunto a questo posto magico. Siamo stati felicissimi di soggiornare qui e speriamo di poter tornare presto!
