Við Hafið Oceanfront Guesthouse

Great place to stay when exploring the surrounding. Large kitchen but there were many rooms to accommodate so it was quite busy but we managed.

Should put up a sign to not cook smelly food. Could not be in the kitchen for the first hour due to the very smelly food that spread to the rooms

Cuisine super bien équipée et spacieuse. De nombreuse places et plusieurs spots de cuisine. La chambre était petite mais confortable, avec une belle vue sur la mer.

Le manque d’intimité dans les sanitaires communs… juste un rideau de douche et aucun endroit pour se changer ou poser les affaires. Cela fait un peu internat.

The guesthouse is clean and well facilitated. A staff was friendly and kindly let us checked in a few hours early when rooms were ready. However, FYI, the guesthouse is on a first floor without lift.

Camera con bagno privato molto spaziosa e bagno enorme! Dotata di tutto il necessario, naturalmente ad eccezione della cucina .

Čisté, útulné, přes noc klid, který na celým islandu v ubytování moc nebyl, krásný výhled ze společných koupelen a kuchyně na oceán a hory

A "guesthouse", de "Ocean Front" só tinha o nome: o nosso (mini!) quarto dava para a bomba de gasolina, era minúsculo, a cama estava encostada à parede e tinha mau aspecto, o tapete do quarto estava imundo, o ralo da banheira estava entupido...

We had a nice stay. Check in/out was seamless and easy. Room was a decent size for three adults albeit not a large room, shared bathroom, shower room, and kitchen were very clean, beds and bedding were comfortable, location was good, in town and right near the water, and it's next door to a gas station that has a simple restaurant inside. Value was average for Iceland. We would stay here again as it was clean, comfortable, and at a decent price.

There was nothing we didn't like. All good!
