Everything was perfect for us, enough separation to feel like we were on our own, but very attentive hosts that were helpful! Davide and Federica were perfect hosts and if we return to Venice we will definitely stay with them again!

"Charming place to spend quiet time."

Close to the airport and very easy access to the Venice city center. Beautiful surroundings and peaceful atmosphere. Also close to good restaurants. The owner is so welcoming and give us useful information about everything. We had a charming time there.

We were late landing into the airport, the staff were very helpful messaging over email to help us with a late check in, we sent all the relevant documents and were checked in remotely. The location is a short distance from the airport, there is a bus service that runs near the property. The room was a very generous size and there was free tea and coffee available.

We really enjoyed meeting Federika and Davide. They have a wonderful place well situated near the airport, which we wanted. The suite was very quiet and well set up. We would definitely stay again.
