Less than ten mins from airport. Taxi cost €25. Quiet location in lane in suburb next to open field. Property completely security fenced. Large bathroom!!! Great space and a full shared kitchen. Less than five mins away are two good restaurants- we went to the one nearest the airport which was terrific, great food, excellent service, good wine. Hostess very friendly and helpful with excellent English, also organised taxi to airport for us. Large compendium including walking tracks should you be there long enough to walk. We were there overnight only with a noon checkout - it was such a good space to unwind after a busy 3 months.

Nothing. Easily could have stayed an extra day to unwind.

Beautiful clean modern room. The bed was very comfortable we had a great night sleep. The host was very nice. Waited up for us as we had a late flight.

"5 Minutes From The Airport and What a Gem!"

We loved this property! A quiet, restful stay just minutes from the hustle and bustle of central Venice, it was just what we were looking for. An immaculate, spacious and bright suite awaited us, well decorated and furnished with a table, couch, very comfortable bed and a luxurious bathroom. We enjoyed the patio just outside our door and the well equipped shared kitchen for coffee in the morning. A short stroll down the road we found a great restaurant, there are a few more options nearby. But mostly we appreciated the warm welcome and kind considerations of our hosts, Frederick and Davide. Extraordinary! Thank you.

Not a thing. No detail was missed, everything high quality. Exceptional property and lovely hosts.
