Great location as half way between airport and train station. We walked from/to both easily

Had to phone the admin before our flight for the key code as they didn’t send it to us before check in. This meant we incurred a cost for telephoning abroad which isn’t ideal.

Simple and clean, everything you need is there.

Some things were falling apart a bit, like a light switch and the button to flush the toilet with.

Perfect location, clean, great shower and AC

The bed is too small for couple

+ good for one night and one of the most affordable in Bergamo, but not a night longer... + easy key collection + close to the airport

- no space to leave things, e.g. wardrobe/hangers - very little light in the room, too dark - two small lamps - no sockets near the bed - strange surroundings of the building (the building itself is ok, but abandoned apartments/ruins next to it)

Friendly value, best placement, nice sample of shower gell, fresh towels. Big plus: we arived earlier and room was already prepared.

No fridge and no teapot inside the room. It would be nice to have those.

One of the best Booking accommodations I've ever had! Amazing view, wonderful and helpful hosts. Beautiful city! Great place to stay, highly reccomend!
