La situation géographique par rapport à la gare et à la vieille ville, la propreté.

Il faut préciser que les appartements se trouvent au premier étage au dessus d'un pub qui organise des concerts live qui débutent à 10.00 pm et finissent à 00.15 am !!!! Nous y avons passé 4 nuits à une semaine d'écart, et nous avons eu droit à 3 concerts. Meme avec des boules quiès, on entend très très bien ! Insupportable ! Et avec un bébé de 11 mois et une fillette de 7 ans... Vraiment pas kids friendly. Je ne comprends pas comment ça n'est pas mentionné dans les commentaires précédents ! Et les 6 adultes que nous étions ont eu le meme ressenti ! Impossible de dormir tant que les concerts ne sont pas terminés. le canapé lit n'est pas confortable.
