A anfitriã é muito atenciosa e solicita. Localização muito boa, ao lado da estação Lá Spezia, quarto grande e com amenidades que superam a expectativa.

Si tratta di un'ottima location, vicino a tutto. Gli ambienti sono molto spaziosi e ricchi di Arte.

Die Lage war super. Es waren nur wenige Minuten zum Bahnhof, zur Stadt als auch zu einem großen Supermarkt. In 10 Minuten Entfernung gibt es ein Parkhaus, welches 5 Euro pro Tag kostet. Unsere Fragen wurden innerhalb kürzester Zeit beantwortet. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und man hat sich sehr wohlgefühlt. :)

L’emplacement à côté de la gare et du centre et l’appartement décoré avec beaucoup de goût.Matilde nous a donné pleins de bon conseils et a été très disponible chaque fois que nous en avion en avions besoin. C’est très appréciable et agréable.

A tre minuti a piedi dalla stazione di La Spezia centrale. Si trova al terzo piano senza ascensore ma la camera è ampia e confortevole. L’host è disponibile e sempre contattabile. Ottima base per visitare le cinque terre, Porto Venere e il golfo dei poeti.

Perfect place for a short vacation in two. It is super nicely furnished and has all the needed facilities. The location is close to the train station (around 5 mins walking distance) and the communication with the host has been flawless. Not only we recommend this place, we plan to book it in advance for next year :)

La stanza è accogliente e arredata con gusto. Abbiamo molto apprezzato la macchinetta del caffè, per un piacevole risveglio :). Ottima la posizione: vicinissima alla stazione per visitare le Cinque Terre e vicina al centro per negozi/ristoranti.
