Friendliness and helpfulness of host Matilde, ease of contacting her prior to and during the trip, and proximity to La Spezia Train station!

Very convenient to train station, only 5 minute walk. Location also central to shops and restaurants. Great location for anyone exploring Cinque Terre. Clean, functional, bright apartment,, with all facilities needed for a holiday stay. Attentive host, provided lots of information and links to maps and tourist attractions. Very happy with facilities and would highly recommend.

The property was very clean, the checkin was smooth and the host is amazing. She was very responsive, gave amazing recommendations also helped us reserve a table at a restaurant! Location is perfect, just few mins walk to the station . The room was exactly as in pictures

The room is really large and had everything we need. The location is very close to the station and the centre. Matilde was very helpful, giving us recommendations and providing toilet paper quickly when we ran out.

It was a bit noisy, especially at night time, we could hear the neighbours and the noise outside. The windows are only single glazed so that didn't help.

if u carrying big or heavy luggage, u need to climb up 3 floor. but it’s not too difficult to manage 😉💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻

Matilde and husband was super helpful and responsive. We had a bit of problems with the lights, texted them and they came over in less than 10 mins to fix it. Also had complimentary netflix and drinks which was really nice. Place is clean ans comfy.

Would be nice to have lights at the small doorway between the main door and the rooms. Room was also abit cold at night. Bed was creaky.
