Perfekte Lage.

Posizione centrale

Pulizia scarsa e cattivo odore persistente. La finestra si affaccia su un minuscolo cortile interno vista motori dei condizionatori. Al momento della prenotazione la descrizione era di 42 mq, tutto falso, sono al massimo 16. La stanza è buia e angusta. Il minifrigo in camera non funziona abbiamo messo del formaggio che è andato a male, non c’è né bollitore, né macchina del caffè e tantomeno prodotti per la doccia. La descrizione è falsa. Ho chiesto gentilmente se potevo lasciare il bagagliaio e mi è stato risposto di no, il deposito bagagli a pagamento è a 400mt se hai una valigia pesante é da evitare, oltre al costo di 15€ al gg. L’host é stata maleducata e scortese, nessuna accoglienza neanche telefonica. Da evitare!!

Mancavano prodotti minimi per il bagno tipo doccia schiuma, shampoo, box doccia non adeguatamente pulito, un minimo di benvenuto tipo caffè con cialde ci potrebbe stare

Check-in process was unacceptable, additional requirements were asked a few hours before check-in which was complicated to fulfil with limited internet access on arrival. They could have asked days before. At 15:00 I still didn’t have the instructions to enter the apartment, I called and messaged but I was given access only at 16:00 without even an apology for the delay. I stayed for an hour in the heat outside of the building and was late for my meetings. Additionally, this unit didn’t have a kitchen which could be clarified.

Ideally located apartment: in the center but at the same time in a quiet neighborhood. The building has an elevator (the apartment is on the second floor of a townhouse). Clean and spacious bathroom, large bedroom with king size bed. All of Verona's attractions accessible by walking distance.
