Arena Luxury Rooms

Position, but currently it is impacted by major building work on the Arena

The room we had was cramped and dark. The photos were misleading. The view is mostly sky, as the window is blanked out up to about 2 metres. You can’t claim ‘luxury’ if: you don’t have a toilet roll holder or exhaust fan; the tea/coffee making place is a tiny shelf; the metalwork of your furniture has tool marks and was never painted after fabrication; there is no bench or desk that you can sit at to write or whatever; and the bathroom shows evidence of unfinished repair.

La ubicación es inmejorable

La limpieza era escasa, sobre todo en el baño. La atención recibida tampoco dan tranquilidad. Si necesitas algo urgente, olvídate.

Excellent location.

There should be instructions for the shower or better yet they should change out the shower head set up. I completely flooded the bathroom floor on accident. Too much water hits the back shower door and you can't adjust the shower head. It lacked a few simple things that would have been nice like tissues, paper towels, toilet paper holder, more toilet paper, and a couple of wine glasses. They provided a wine opener but no glasses. The sheets and towels seemed like their best lifespan had expired and weren't very good quality to begin with. And, there was absolutely no art or decorations. Not a big deal but a little art might make it feel more homey.

I bagni e lo stile. Il bagno necessitava di qualche ritocco! Muffa negli angoli e nella doccia, mancanza di porta della doccia , porta del bagno che da chiusa si sporca.

Posizione centralissima e comoda per visitare il centro di Verona. Camera pulita, spaziosa e con adeguati comfort. La gentilezza e la disponibilità della proprietaria assoluto punto di forza
