Superb location in old town on top of the ridge

Nothing really. Perhaps need to be clearer the parking possibility is on the next street, but only 30 m away up some steps.

Everyone was extremely accommodating. I actually left my room key in my cousins room down the hall and couldn’t find it and when I messaged the manager he left his soccer game and was there with an extra key in 10 minutes.

The friendliness of the entire staff was incredible. We left there feeling like family. I highly recommend this gem of a place in Volturino. If you do stay there, do yourself a favor and go to LA Balconeta for dinner. It's a 3 minute walk away, and it is delicious.

The parking and navigating the streets can be a little tricky, but there is always someone to ask and they will help you.

Comfy rooms, very clean, great breakfast The staff were great and responded very quickly

The air con wasn't working very well but the staff got it sorted straight away, so not really a complaint in any way
