The bathroom smelled like sewage.

The location was very close to the breakfast areas and restaurants.

The last 3, 4 days the bathroom start to smell a little bit bad, I think the shower box has to clean well and also the floor wasn't clean well every single day has to clean my feet before go to the bed becase they are getting black colour if I walk on the floor without my slipers.

The water in the shower - the temperature keeps changing.

The apartment was very nice and had everything we needed. It was nice to be able to hang some clothes to dry on the balcony. The sitting area was comfortable also.

The host was not very friendly. We had such friendly hosts all throughout our trip that it was a little surprising to be treated in such a business-like and impersonal manner.

Well decorated and good facilities

Difficult to find. Three doors with codes to navigate to get in. Hard to find front door, several flights of steps not suitable for disabled or elderly.

This was a great place to stay is Syracusa. It was so close to Ortigia. We rented the car and there was plenty of parking for us outside of the building. Valentina was a great host she met all of our needs. She was available for any questions which was fantastic. We were traveling with our 3 kids and our host Valentina gave us a welcome package along with juice boxes for my kids which was extremely thoughtful. What I loved most about the apartment was how it was so secure which made me and my family feel so safe! I had asked Valentina for restaurant recommendations and she gave us so much information which we greatly appreciated. The WiFi had great connection. The place was so nice and clean. We loved it and would recommend this property to anyone!

Absolutely the best place what we have in Sicily. Very very clean and beautiful apartment. Host is very nice and helpful

cutlery and plates would be very helpful but it's a very small problem :) still 10/10
