Stanza accogliente e nuova posizione centrale

La struttura si trova al primo piano e la sera si senta un po' di confusione

Struttura con posizione ottima, molto semplice parlare con i proprietari che sono disponibili e molto gentili. Al mattino c è chi prepara il caffè e serve la colazione, molto bella la terrazza e anche le camere confortevoli. Ci hanno permesso anche di lasciare i bagagli dopo il checkout.

Quando siamo arrivati la doccia non era molto pulita, ma per tutto il resto buonissimo soggiorno!

Good location.

We had an unpleasant experience with this apartment. Although we announced our arrival, the host did not wait for us. We received the codes for the building only after a couple of messages. He was late. Aside from that... the bigger problem was after we were asked to pay twice as much for the city tax than what was written on the booking. After my complaint that it was not ok and that we were not informed about it either by Booking or by the apartment...a story followed that he loves his job and that he does not put it in his pocket and that it is not his fault but Booking's. I really don't care who's fault it is. We travel a lot and this is the first time this has happened to us in many years. It wasn't a matter of money...even if something changed, we should have been informed about it. Long after our departure from Palermo, Booking still had a fee of 16 euros for two people, not the 32 we paid. Unprofessional. The bed was very uncomfortable.

Location was very central, close to all the activities, the host was very welcoming, good breakfast, lovely room.

Trying to unlock the doors. The keys always gave us problems.
