Guesthouse Stazione Pisa Centro

The location is good, not far from the airport. It's 20 minutes away on foot

The room was on the ground floor right next to the bus stop, very noisy. The bathroom was dirty.

The location is excellent, really close to the station. The room was big and comfortable. The staff was super available to any requests and also suggested I go check out Piazza dei Miracoli in the evening because it's really beautiful (and it was!)

My room had doors with glass panels. There were curtains behind the glass panels so nobody could see me, but I felt like I had less privacy because anyone returning to the guesthouse would be able to see I had the lights on. Also, my window was at level with a parking lot across the road and I only realised in the morning after I slept with the blinds open. The bedsheets were clean but torn in various places.

The location was great.

The toilet was not working when I arrived. The trains are beside the apartment. They are noisy but the windows are pretty good to keep the noise out. I did not get information nor see information about the wifi.

Claudio was an excellent host. He accommodated us arriving early which we greatly appreciated. We had a lovely room with en suite, and really like the fact we could access a communal kitchen area too. It was about 5 mins walk from the train station, so central and ground floor access. The decor was traditional Italian which we love.

Everything was great except the noise from the apartment above.

Simple unit, it was very comfortable for what was needed. We stayed one night. Superb location, which was very close to the train station with restaurants and markets all around. It was very easy to access the airport. The room was ready early, so we were allowed an early check in. The owner Claudio is a very conscious man, and enjoyable to talk to.

The value for the money we spent was great, so nothing would be changed in this way. We appreciated our stay.

fridge and kitchen... air conditioner. near main train station - convenient to center. room was clean. host is super friendly and helped with walking directions etc. 25-30 min. walk to the tower area. nighttime quiet for sleeping.

faces a main street, can't really open the window. but more noise (light construction) comes from inside the building than outside. kitchen is not private - shared by 3 rooms that open directly to it. this is not so clear from photos etc. towels could be washed/dried better - after one use they were not fresh.
