Spacious, comfortable, generous facilities including washing machine (even with detergent!). Very good location within old and beautiful Monopoli - in quiet side street leading to Cathedral. Loved the old area of Monopoli and port to saunter round.

Lovely apartment close to the old city and monopoli railway links. Comfy beds and nice setup with 2 separate bathrooms. Excellent wifi enabling us to ad hoc work from the apartment. Good communication from owner ten out of ten.

The place is really cozy and comfortable. The location is superb! Everything is close and within walking distance. The apartment has everything you need. Mina was super responsive and helpful. Thank you! Would definitely recommend👌🏽

Convenient to town centre

There was a door into the room - 2 steps down and straight off the street - there was no window - the ceiling was low and curved - so while it was central and comfortable it was the closest thing to being in a cell

The apartment was very cozy and pleasant. The internet was very fast (100mb/s +), and the amenities were top-notch – a washing machine with laundry detergents, a hairdryer, bath gels, beach towels, and even a parasol. A major advantage was the two separate air conditioning units on both floors. During our stay, the bed linen and towels were replaced, and the bathrooms were cleaned. The location is excellent – the apartment is right next to Cattedrale Maria Santissima della Madia, and the sea is just a 5-minute walk away! The communication with the owner was flawless – he was very helpful and available at any time. There was literally nothing to complain about. We will definitely return!

The property couldn't be better located as it's right in the heart of the old historic part of Monopoli. Literally 50 yards from one of the most spectacular churches. The property was so nice and cool as it was at ground level. The place was spotless and we found Mina to be so helpful at all times. Would highly recommend Mina and this property. 5 stars
