room quality and interiors isn't very nice, but comfortable enough

Francesca was just amazing for us, helping us with everything from access to the room to national park and transport information, suggestions for restaurants and other activities and everything else we needed. The room was beautifully located, just a short way up from the station and with lots to watch in the street below. A verandah room wasn't available when we booked - that would have been even better to watch the lively Via Colombo. The room was spacious with good sized bathroom and kitchen with everything you could want. This was a very special place for us!

I will be booking a verandah room next time so we could enjoy the street below in the warm evening. We were fine being in the fourth floor (with only stairs) but this might not suit everyone!

-AMAZING location -air conditioning worked well in the hot weather -staff were very nice & accommodating

only thing to note is that the stairs to get to the room are quite steep which can be a bit difficult with luggage
