"A perfect spot for anyone staying in Pisa."

We booked this property as we had a late flight into Pisa on our way to Florence. Check in was exactly as described, property was spotlessly clean and care had been taken with everything provided for a comfortable stay. It was perfect for us and we were able to walk to Train Station with our luggage as it was very close by. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Great location, 3min from Pisa Main Trainstation and 10-14euro from/to airport! Nice and clean studioflat. Very friendly and helpful owner!! Strongly recommended even for 3-4people!

"Perfect location, spotless clean and an amazing host"

Excellent location, spotlessly clean and looked after by an excellent host. Alina was fantastic from the initial booking all the way through to check out, were friendly, helpful and welcoming and it shows that she takes so much pride and effort in her work. The location is perfect for easy access to Pisa Centrale, a short walk to the sights and for getting to and from the airport.

No fault of the property but Pisa Municipality limits use of air conditioning and heating at certain times of the year, for this reason we could not switch on the AC during our stay

Very close to the train station. Coming from Pisa Aeroporto by train, I took the first exit to Via dei Cappuccini and I walked 2 minutes to reach my destination.

"There is a lot to work on"

I liked the fact that there is a closed parking lot, a zone for children and adults, and there is air conditioning. The owners provided clear instructions for check-in. There is a capsule coffee machine.

The room looks like a hotel room. There is no kitchen for cooking, dishwasher and washing machine. It is difficult to adjust the hot water in the shower. The premises need updating.

I enjoyed the artwork, the attention to details of the interior design basically everything falls in place . Really good coffee , we appreciated the air-conditioning and the easy parking . Thanks

Well, it wasn't a huge inconvenience for us , but during our stay, the wifi was down .
