Cute Property, directly on the Lake, Short walk away from the Center, nice welcoming.

The outside areas have a lot of potential but are unfortunately not taking care of and deserted.

Nice terrace outside the hotel to relax and have breakfast, and there is a small fridge where you can store your food. It is next to the beach and you get a sunbed for free if you are a guest at the hotel. The bus stop is right down the street so you can easily see other towns, and the beautiful town of Torri Del Benaco is a short walk away. A supermarket is a couple 100 meters away.

The AC unit is not working well, but you can supplement with the fan.

Great location, directly across from a jetty. Staff very responsive on messages. Stay included breakfast items, tea, coffee, yoghurt, etc.

Unfortunately the aircon didn’t work in our room. But we had a small fan which was fine.

Free breakfast was a nice surprise, room is comfy and clean. We were offered free sunbeds in the bar next door, we didn't use that offer, but if it is valid in summer - that's is a great bonus :) Villa has a pleasant design, with many interesting detials, one can see that someone put their heart to it. Location is great - plenty of caffees and shops in a walking distance, lake is literally accross the road

With a bigger car parking may be a bit challenging, not too critical though. Lake view in our room was a side view with trees on the way, so visible but not too much. We couldn't find a wine bottle opener in the kitchen and it was too late to go and ask for one in the bar, we had good laughs about though:)

Beautiful old house in front of the lake. Very good location né are the little city Center also.

Unfortunately the air conditioning didn’t work in our room and it was not possible to fix it during the days. But the administration from the house was very attentive and tried to fix it.
