Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einem typischen kleinen italienischen Dorf in somit ruhiger Lage. Die Kommunikation mit Giorgia der Vermieterin war reaktiv, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der persönliche Kontakt vor Ort durch die Nähe der Betreiberin herzlich. Uns wurden neben Restaurants auch verschiedene Aktivitäten vorgeschlagen und sogar die Auto Rally und die damit verbundene Teilsperrung der Zufahrtsstrasse an einem Nachmittag wurde uns frühzeitig nach der Buchung angekündigt. Perfekt war auch die Garage fürs Auto auch wenn die Zufahrt etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig war

Es sind zwar nur 10-12 Autominuten zum Lago Maggiore und Stresa, die Serpentinenstrasse hinauf und hinab nervt dann doch manchmal nach ein paar Tagen. Das Internet hat wohl funktioniert, hätte aber von der Schnelligkeit etwas besser sein können

Das Apartment war sehr sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Gastgeber waren ausgesprochen nett und herzlich. Besonders gefreut haben wir uns über die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten, wie die frischen Backwaren jeden Morgen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

The listing misrepresents what is offered. Three beds are on offer in the headline description of the property. The number of beds is repeated in the listing. That was the primary reason we booked it. We were two senior women traveling together and in need of two beds. We stated that two people were traveling but nowhere in the process were we asked whether we required more than one bed. Because three beds were listed and we needed just two, we believed this listing would be right for us and that two beds would be available. Upon arrival we found only one bed made up and available, so we politely asked where to find linens for the sofa bed. Our host’s response was that only one bed was made but extra linens could be delivered the following day for a fee of ten euros. Because it was not feasible for us to sleep in the same bed, I respectfully requested that the linens be made available that same day so that we could have two beds, as advertised in the listing we had booked. Our host responded with a lesson for me in proper Italian etiquette, which was quite rude in itself, but delivered the linens at a charge of ten euros. I have run both a Bed & Breakfast and an Airbnb. My goal has always been to meet the needs of my guests and to be helpful when something out of the ordinary was requested. Never did I assume that “2 guests “ meant a couple who share a bed nor would I ever have charged extra money for twin beds rather than a double bed. In my view, the listing should reflect what is actually available when booked OR should ask for clarification of the number of beds needed at the time of booking. The guest should not be responsible for determining what is or isn’t actually available at the property. This unpleasant and condescending treatment by the host ruined what would otherwise have been a nice experience.

Excellent séjour au calme et dans le confort. Les hôtes étaient accueillants et disponibles, pleins de gentilles attentions. Je recommande !

Very pleasant stay in beautiful area. Big apartment and fully equipped, with a garage for parking the car. Host Andea was very friendly and helpful. Hope visit again soon.

Visit was too short

Seul bémol : le petit-déjeuner est un peu décevant mis à part les croissants … seuls produits frais !!! Trop d’aliments ultra transformés et emballés de la grande distribution , dommage !
