What a gem of a place! Stefano was so easy going and helpful when it came to check in. I was running the Magna Via Francigena and it’s always a bit tricky to properly estimate exact arrival . He was so easy and even offered to pick me up in the car somewhere if i needed. His place is perfectly situated in town and spotless ! He even gave me the most delicious homemade wine that was incredible. Super place. Highly recommend!

Our host was amazing and extremely helpful. After a long MVF walk the facilities were perfect and location excellent.We tried the host home made wine and given a super generous breakfast 😀 Lovely balcony was such a bonus

No wi fi but this did not bother us.Dated furniture seemed to work in the apartment.

perfect stop for via Francigena, very well located, stefano was a brilliant and generous host, lovely wine ! fully recommend

maybe a little basic but it is very good value And perfect for Magna Via Francigena, a fitting rest spot for a pilgrim.

A very friendly welcome. Our host even left us with some of his homemade wine. We did not share a language in common, but it was very easy to communicate. The location was perfect for our needs and right on our Magna Via Francigena Trail

We were walking the Magna Via Francigena and it was lovely to arrive at Stefano's place. He was a delightful host. He took us to his 'pezzo di terreno' and showed us all his fruit trees, vines and olives and then picked delicious produce from it and gave it to us...and gave us a guided tour of Grotte. The accomodation was perfect with a lovely terrace. I can't reccomend it and him highly enough.
