Great view and close to citycenter Friendly and helpfull host. Quiet surroundings

The host family was super friendly and kind! It was a beautiful view of the sea and city. Cozy garden garden to sit and have breakfast. Close to city.

Location was fabulous with scenic views across the city and bay. Guiseppe waa so kind and picked us up a the train station to our accommodation. Our accommodation was clean and very comfortable with spectacular views. Highly recommend a stay here. Guiseppe and his family are very kind and hospitable people. Thank you so much and also for taking us to the Train Station after our stay.

Amazing view and terrace. Friendly host

Everything was perfect. The location is great, view is fantastic, rooms are nice and clean. The hosts are very kind and helpful. I recommend it to everyone. 🙂

Very nice homestead, located in the very heart of Sanremo on a quite steep hill. The host Giuseppe and his mom and dad were all very nice. Giuseppe picked us up from the train station. The breakfast was truly an Italian one with sweet pastry and great coffee. We felt as we were home. Free still and sparkling water and coffee at your disposal in the room.

A little bit harder matress but nothing you couldn’t sleep on.

Best of the property is of course Giuseppe - he is multitalent. And the property has an excellent location - everything is within walking distance.

Quaint and authentic. Excellent view at top of steep hill. Great location. Wonderful family owners ... Giuseppe drove us to and from train station. He is a maestro organist and played us some wonderful tunes at breakfast

Nice place near the old town and the modern one. Owner very kind.

Some dust in the room. Breakfast without fresh food (no fresh bread or cakes), no butter.
