I could hear the planes taking off. But that's the cost of staying close to the airport.

Great location if you have an early flight from Palermo in the morning. They offer transport to airport which is way cheaper than taxi. There is a lovely beach near hotel and some good bars and restaurants.

Unfortunatelly it is quite complicated to go to Palermo city center from the hotel. There is almost no public transportation back from Palermo in the evening.

Room was very cozy and nice, with nice and very clean bathroom. Bed was very confortable with clean sheats.

Before we arrived to the accomodation I asked the owner about tranport to the airport which is 15 min away. On the booking side there is written that they offer airport transportaion for additional fee. He wrote me back that he can arrange it for 20€. Well, at the end we shared a car with one other guest and, despite the agreement we will split 50% us and 50% other guest, they charched us all 15€, so together 30€. Owner does not speak english.
