Interno 7 - Rooms da Vale

Ok al espacio de la habitación y ubicación.

Sucio. Los grifos y ducha sucísimos. Se oye todo. La terraza llena de hojas, sin barrer desde hace meses. Toallas de esparto. Te cobran la tarifa de turista sin avisar y no responden.

The location is good (20 min walking from the train station) and the self check-in/out is very easy and convenient. There is a Lidl supermarket very close to the apartment.

Parts of the room were not properly cleaned or cleaned at all, such as the microwave, balcony (it had a dirty ashtray), shelves were dusty, and the coffee machine which was so disgusting that we couldn't use it. The cutlery was completely full of dust as well. Also, towels were pretty worn and stained. Additionally, there was mold in the bathroom and the walls are so thin that you can hear everything from the other guests and from the streets. Also, the kitchen area is very small, there is barely space to use and it lacked essential things such as kitchen roll, hand soap or a new sponge. There was only a very used and small one available so we had to clean everything by hand and buy new stuff. Bathroom facilities were also poor.

Location is good.

Poor communication. Cleaning not up to standard. No coffee pods but coffee machine. Lacks basic things like wine glasses etc. Just needs a little more thought and it would be perfect.

La struttura é posizionata molto bene vicino il centro e la fiera cosmoprof è il servizio avviene tecnologicamente all’apertura del portone principale alla stanza il che é una cosa molto innovativa e comoda

Peccato che la struttura é molto trascurata c’è muffa e polvere in ogni dove il balcone pieno di foglie, il che risulta un vero peccato perché potrebbe essere un forte punto di riferimento ma personalmente non penso di ritornarci. Per fortuna avevo parenti a Milano che mi hanno ospitato l’ultimo giorno.
