Alcune cose non molto curate

The location and ease of access was good. Price was ok for what is was.

There had clearly not been a deep clean in a long while as the lampshades were filthy and there was a lot of peeling paint in the bathroom. The wall to the neighbouring apartment was paper-thin and it was like they were in the room with us speaking across my head when they returned in the late night.

Piacevole la possibilità di avere il balconcino, arredamento e infissi recenti la rendono accogliente, accessori come tv, tavolino e microonde hanno permesso di godere in più della permanenza. Il sistema apri porte era molto efficiente ed il riscaldamento funzionante.

La pulizia non era ideale: si presentavano macchie di muffa in alcuni angoli della stanza, strati di polvere su quadri e alcuni mobili, la doccia era visibilmente sporca e rovinata dal calcare ed il balcone anche non sembrava esser stato pulito da un po’ di tempo. Nonostante gli accessori a disposizione, non c’erano né cialde per il caffè (un paio di benvenuto sarebbero state apprezzate vista la presenza della macchinetta), né bustine di tè, nè zucchero. Sono tutte cose che sembrano scontate ma se si passano tre giorni in un luogo non ha proprio senso comprarsi te, zucchero o ancor meno cialde per macchinetta del caffè.

la televisione e il balcone

Tutto sporco e non igienizzato, materasso di scarsa qualità, condizionatore non funzionante, ninete parcheggio dello stabilimento, nessun accessorio per igienizzare, neanche una capsula di caffè, staff inesistente e non risponde ai messaggi e ti ignora. Avevo mandato un mess per dire di cambiare le. lenzuola e pulire dato che al nostro arrivo era pieno di peli capelli polvere eccetera, hanno visualizzato e non risposto. INCOMPETENTI MALEDUCATI

The bedsheets and towels were clean, and the room has a terrace. It is situated within the walking distance from the old city (app. 15 mins by foot). There is a large supermarket just accross the street.

All kitchenware was dirty, and so was the showerplace, the room floor and the terrace. The room was cold: heating was switched on maybe once a day for short time, which is not enough for continental November. There is a lot of noise from the busy street where the building is situated. Most important, we NEVER GOT THE INVOICE! The managers disappeared from the correspondence after our stay. We wrote and texted them repeatedly asking for an invoice, never got a word of response. As we were on a business trip, this really creates a huge problem for our accountancy.

La facilidad para acceder y que está bastante bien equipada la habitación.
